Vision is the most used sense in athletics, specifically speed and accuracy. The Precision protocols train the muscles in the eyes to work together in a binocular way to increase their peripheral awareness and depth perception, ultimately used to measure distance and increasing the speed and accuracy which information is processed.

Power

Training to regulate the autonomic nervous system into a rhythm which optimizes heart coherence and trains heart rate variability.

Focus

Breathing and skin conductance training to train the athlete’s ability to regain focus and reduce stress. Our training program teaches athletes how to “bounce back” from a stressful situation to a calm and ready state.

Precision training focuses on eye tracking and saccadic movements used when reading and processing information and our program has shown improvements in metrics such as short term memory, visual tracking (used and reading) and visual processing speed.

Power

Breathing is the only voluntary act of the autonomic nervous system, which we can use to reduce our stress and anxiety levels by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Focus

Many people today struggle to focus. Our minds have lost this ability due to rampant interruptions and distractions. However, the ability to focus is crucial for professionals making decisions. Breathing, and skin conductance training can strengthen the ability to focus, retraining the brain to sustain focus over long periods of time.

Anxiety and ADHD can limit the learning of students of all ages. Breathing has been shown in numerous studies to reduce anxiety and improve ADHD. Students in our programs learn the tools needed to combat anxiety through breathing to regulate the autonomic nervous system.

Focus

May students struggle to maintain focus in the classroom, which is critical for learning. Breathing, and skin conductance training provide feedback to the body and brain to help strengthen the ability to focus, retraining the brain to sustain focus over long periods of time.
